The Isaac family office encompasses investments across convenience retail development, hospitality and QSR.

Our family has a long history in the retail industry spanning 50 years, with a strong focus on long-term, generational investment.

The family's foray into retail development started with Tony Isaac, who pioneered retail development of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres through the 1970’s and 1980’s, and was integral in the expansion of Coles and Kmart during this period. Subsequent to this Tony spearheaded the expansion of many Woolworths supermarkets during the 1990’s and sat on Woolworth’s Property Division board.

In 2013, Tony’s two sons Ben & Jono launched their own retail development company with their first 7Eleven service station completed the following year.

The Group’s core focus is the development of convenience retail assets in metropolitan centres along the east coast of Australia, alongside expansion of our hospitality and QSR businesses. The family hold long term strategic positions as they seek to grow the portfolio within this sector.
